Across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we focus on the most vulnerable in society, responding to deep social needs in the communities that we serve.

In Luxembourg, JPMorgan Chase has also been giving back to the community for 50 years: either supporting organizations who focus on training underserved young people in tech skills; bringing the skills of our employees to the community through the Career Connect project, an initiative also delivered in several other markets globally, to support the career readiness of young people and help them to prepare for the world of work; or through the Firm’s global program encouraging all employees to volunteer their time and skills to local charities, thus strengthening J.P. Morgan’s ties with the communities in which we live and work. J.P. Morgan is also believed to be the first international financial institution and Luxembourg employer with an English-language local Government endorsed Apprenticeship Program for high-school students.
